When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our candle supplies globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?
Quality and safety are our priorities. The majority of our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate-free and vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific SDS and CLP documentation.
Can I return items if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils or waxes that have been opened.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you provide CLP templates for your fragrances?
Yes, we provide complimentary CLP label templates at 10% and 25% concentrations for all our fragrance oils to help you stay compliant with UK and EU regulations.
